Not at all. These sessions are made for real bodies—including those that feel stiff, sore, or out of practice. You’ll be guided every step of the way, with modifications and support tailored to your comfort level.

Physioyoga combines the best of both worlds. Unlike fast-paced or one-size-fits-all yoga classes, Physioyoga is slow, safe, and informed by clinical expertise. Unlike traditional PT, it addresses the whole person—body, mind, breath, and nervous system—with space to move and heal at your own pace.
