~I am asked this question almost as often as “Can you explain what Physioyoga is?”, so I’m happy to share the important meaning behind the name ~

As an avid lover of the outdoors I believe fresh air is a remedy for many of life’s challenges. The word alpen has several meanings, one of which refers to a high-altitude pasture or meadow—lush with grasses and wildflowers. That image of a peaceful, open space—a place to “lie down in green pastures” and simply rest—captures exactly what I want my work to represent ~ a place to restore, renew, and reconnect with your body.
