#1 Soloflow

Seven private sessions blending physical therapy and yoga, designed specifically for your body, your goals (available in person or virtually)

    • Initial assessment, therapeutic movement, and gentle yoga postures tailored to your needs; education and guidance to help you understand how your body moves best

    • Progressive, achievable goals that help you build strength, balance, and flexiblity

  • Session 1: Initial assessment and goal setting

    Sessions 2-6: One on one physioyoga sessions tailoring your routine to your unique needs

    Session 7: Review of your personalized physioyoga program, Q & A session

  • $880 for the seven session package (includes initial Dynamic Motion Assessment valued at $250)

#2 Wellness Planning

Eight private sessions creating a personalized whole body health plan. Six areas of health are assessed using the Duke Integrative Medicine Wheel of Health (available in-person or virtually)

    • Initial consult where we discuss health history, current challenges, and goals, setting the foundation for your personalized plan

    • (8) 1 hour sessions discovering your vision for optimal health

    • Support materials and check ins

  • Session 1: Initial Assessment

    Sessions 2-8: One hour in-person or virtual wellness planning sessions; 30 minute physioyoga session available as an add on to each session

  • $1050 for eight session wellness planning; additional $60 for each 30” add-on physioyoga sessions ($175 due prior to initial session)

  • Not at all. These sessions are made for real bodies—including those that feel stiff, sore, or out of practice. You’ll be guided every step of the way, with modifications and support tailored to your comfort level.

  • Physioyoga combines the best of both worlds. Unlike fast-paced or one-size-fits-all yoga classes Physioyoga is slow, safe, and informed by clinical expertise. Unlike traditional PT, it addresses the whole person—body, mind, breath, and nervous system—with space to move and heal at your own pace.

  • Physioyoga is especially supportive if you are dealing with:

    • joint stiffness or arthritis

    • lower back, neck, or shoulder pain

    • chronic pain or injury recovery

    • fatigue or stress

    • balance issues or a desire to age more confidently

  • Physioyoga is appropriate for any age, especially since it is tailored to your specific needs.

  • Just wear comfortable clothes you can move in. All equipment is provided. We may use props like a chair, blanket, block, or bolster. I’ll guide you through what you need—no fancy gear required.

  • Yes. Physioyoga is designed with this in mind. As a Doctor of Physical Therapy and certified yoga teacher, I create a safe and supportive space to help you move well—without pushing through pain or risking injury.
